Below, you can learn more about me, my background, and how I work.

Hi, I'm Craig 👋🏻
My background
I graduated with a business degree in 2016 and have spent the last decade working in marketing roles across both in-house teams and agency environments.
During that time, I’ve supported local, national and global organisations across sectors including professional services, construction and trade, education technology, and financial services.
A number of the organisations I've worked with and for have a meaningful purpose built into what they provide. From helping teachers and schools to provide a better education to children, to delivering UK-leading safeguarding and duty of care training to keep those children safe, to improving people’s financial wellbeing and supporting local communities.
Prior to going it alone in 2025, I also spent a time as Senior Marketing Manager at a digital marketing agency with a real community focus, going above and beyond for local businesses trying to grow their business online. The agency supports a number of UK charities of different sizes, going above and beyond to help them reach more of those that need them.
That experience has shaped how I think about marketing. Done well, it helps the right people understand what you do, why it matters, and why they should choose you.
My approach
My approach is practical, evidence-led, and commercially aware.
I am not a fluffy brand marketer, and I am not interested in marketing for its own sake. Having a strong digital background means I am results-driven. I look at what is happening in the market, who performs strongly and why, what the audience needs to hear, where trust is built or lost, what may be underperforming, and what is most worth prioritising next. The aim is to make marketing more effective, not more complicated.
That means helping organisations think about both sides of the challenge: what they need to say, and how people will actually find, understand, and engage with them online. In practice, that often means working across messaging, websites, content, SEO, digital visibility, and broader marketing direction rather than treating them as separate problems.
How I can help
If you want marketing support that is practical, thoughtful, and grounded in both evidence and commercial reality, I’d be happy to hear from you.
Based in Nuneaton, I work with clients locally and remotely across the UK.
I offer both strategic support and hands-on delivery, with a focus on helping purpose-led organisations and small businesses improve visibility, strengthen communication, and make better marketing decisions with the time and resource they have.
